How to Clear Judgement

Clearance of Judgment
A judgement listing is placed by the court that granted the order.
In order to clear the judgment, you need to settle the account associated with the judgment and submit the clearance confirmation letter to the credit bureau.
The judgment listing shall be cleared within 7 days.
